Just located the possible file in scanner.log - and the reason SEEMS to be that file + path name had 251 characters - is there a new limit in LMS that hasn't been in SBS? For SBS the file was fine ...
Tried to scan only the directory this file is in - scanner crashed. Shortened the file name to about 220 characters - scanner ran fine. Just running a full scan but it seems very much that long file name let the scanner crash. Maybe You could have a look at this?
