On Android the sync with SqueezePlayer is rock solid for all people I know of. This is because Android provides exact timing information of the currently playing stream. I won't give a guarantee though because with all those cheap tablets around I'm sure there will be one manufacturer in the future who messes up the sound system or uses an unreliable timing chip which will spoil the experience.
So far GoogleTV still does not support native App like SqueezePlayer, though Googles development tools support building for x86 in the meantime. So SqueezePlayer is ready when GoogleTV is :), so far all tests didn't look promising though. Oktober 3rd will show. Sync on Windows won't happen. Sound system is not reliable and does not provide exact timing information. This would only work with ASIO but not all soundcards provide support for that. Sync on iPad with SqueezePad is rock solid too by the way, here I even put it in the App description.
