I don't think the problem is just associated with SP. If you're looking at this problem - you could update the channels in BBC App as BBC 7 has been gone a long time replaced by BBC Radio 4 Extra )although BBC has supported the BBC7 URL) also fix the World Service URL so that it plays the 24hr stream. These are annoyances for new users.
