There is one thing I know recognize for years:
It happens Every time in March and October when time switches from
summer time to standard time and back (clocks are switched forward for
an hour or switches backwards) - when I do the next re-scan ("changed
and new") EVERY single file in my library is recognized as "changed" -
it's completely reproducable and happens every time - I'm running SBS on
a Windows 8.1 system. Any chance to avoid this behaviour? It slows down
