If we have user management ( which is not going to happen, noted) users could be selected by a meny on the player/controller not painstakingly entered letter by letter . The initial user setup can be via some settings menu in the web-UI and can be elaborate ,as its hopefully don't used very often . If you change spouses kids etc very often you got problem no LMS UI will ever solve :D
And yes a user could differ in any way which players which music folders which sub libraries which services his/hers own mysb.com account ( next snag same player on different accounts ) .
