Afaik not. Unless you put the album art in the first track . Try the latest 7.9 or 7.8 to be sure 7.5 or 7.6 etc can have some old bug with this . I've probably been lucky in my cases the art in track one is the album art . Workaround : Create a fake track 0 or 1 ?
