This is the big cover art which is requested straight from the player status. Nothing gets cached here on the iPeng side.
Also.... this only happens with 7.9 Now, iPeng has a bit of logic on which information to use for the cover and there might have been changes across server versions, the player status sometimes has redundant artwork information. It might be good to see the actual player status message, too, but the logging gets _very_ verbose if one does that.
