So the problem seems to be any file in 64 AAC won't play. Take the
output of this album using the generic developer api key.

Perfect analysis :-). I rolled out a minor change which should handle
the 64bit case, too.
Please note that while this should allow playback of those streams, the
bitrate display in LMS will not be correct. This will require major
changes in LMS, too, which I'm not planning to do before I do the major
Napster overhaul anyway.
