Can I edit this file using notepad?
Windows? I don't know whether notepad can handle Unix style line endings nowadays... but yes, a simple text editor should be good enough.
And I'm always using musicip as a mixer.
I'm wondering whether there's an issue with MIP's integration. Maybe it's trying to add some inexistent item? Could you enable MIP debugging, too? And double check with some other DSTM mixer? I don't think your radio stations have anything to do with this if you're using MIP.
