Please try this:
- Open a complete new Browser session
- browse to your lms
- click the link to settings -> a new tan is open with the
settingspage
- browse any other website in this tab
- go back to your lms tab
- click settings again
- The same old tab is re-used
- That was always the case its not new and the same for settings and
help
