Here's a small but confusing bug:
I'm setting up LMS 7.9.2 on a new Windows server. When I configure plugins for the first time, I uncheck quite a few, and I add a couple of 3rd party plugins (BlankSaver and What Was That Tune). When I click 'Apply' and choose not to restart the server, the refreshed 'Active plugins' list fails to display the 3rd party plugins that were selected.
