Work around (tested):
- Stop LMS while scanning (by task manager)
- Restart LMS
... I don't know why, but it works - may it be there has to be more than
12 hours or so after the "time change"?

Rem.: Between stop and restart I installed today's nightly - but I don't
guess there is already any fix for this in it...
