It is a draft adopted from Hong Kong ICAC model, that enabled Hong Kong to cross almost 70 countries up in Corruption Perception Index. This bill if made law, has potential to make India a corruption independent nation in just 2 to 3 years. But as you can expect, government and opposition both are not interested to pass it in parliament.
