Having watched a lot of releases of new rewrites lately, I would have
to say to release very late and make it really good. I have seen so
many reviews that just tear up great programs because the devs did not
take the extra month needed to pull out all the weeds. We only get one
shot at the first impression. Late looks like a bunch of open source
programmers that have lives. Bad just looks bad and sticks with you.
