As mentioned earlier, I have written up the first copy of my GSoC proposal: http://lists.blender.org/pipermail/bf-committers/2010-March/026792.html And today, students are now allowed to submit their proposals. I would like to know if it is preferred for us to submit our proposals early, and improve upon them later, or if we should wait until we are done with the proposal, and don't expect to make any changes.
