I just saw this presentation earlier today as well. Great presentation in my opinion.
I absolutely could not believe someone would ask "Do we want new users?" Such a selfish thought should be banished. I sincerely hope all developers can unanimously and enthusiastically answer "Yes we do!" and lay that question to rest.
