The notifiers (C.window_manager.add_notifier) needs some more thought because a lot of the options aren't valid (or even make sense) if sent from python but since I had to wrap the notifiers anyway I also added a method to send them too. And notifier.reference needs extensive testing -- and probably an audit of what is being sent by WM_[event,main]_add_notifier().
