Hi,

I have noticed that the game engine contains private copies of 
CcdPhysicsEnvironment / CcdPhysicsController etc. which were in Bullet 
but have since then been removed. Is that because the BGE wasn't yet 
ported to use the new btDynamicsWorld? If yes, how difficult would it be 
to do this porting?
