At the beginning I just wanted to manage Chinese PO at [1], but later more and more guys came and started to work on their languages. The repository is at [2], the tree is like ---/trunk: Just a copy of blender trunk's /po directory. ---/branches: Every running translation thread. They update themselves according to the /trunk/blender.pot, and merge into trunk when most translations done.
Now we think it's time for moving the program to the official location and under official management. Right, Ton? I noticed that it has been in the weekly meeting notes.
