I have checked out the dependencies from svn and using those instead
of my own, since Cycles was included in trunk and it's easier that way
compiling with scons.

The version of ffmpeg still has problems with the specific mp4-file
though. As I wrote before my own updated ffmpeg (0.8.5 I guess) works
with these mp4's, so I'm wondering if the official Blender ffmpeg will
be updated before 2.61?
