IIRC one of those was by me, the post-commit mail somehow failed. Message (looked up from IRC log):
"Warning: post-commit hook failed (exit code 255) with output: FATAL: connection limit exceeded for non-superusers" SVN log itself is fine and no errors in actual commit it seems, only bf-blender-cvs mail is missing.
