I just registered to this mailing list, (so, it looks like I'm the new guy?) and by following to the developer guidelines I am informing you that I've added a new patch to the tracker. The patch can be viewed at: http://projects.blender.org/tracker/?func=detail&aid=32036&group_id=9&atid=127 Although it looks like a "new feature" it's just a very minor modification to the existing code. Hopefully it shouldn't be hard at all to review and integrate it if accepted.
