Just checking in to see if wider gamut support is still on the map as a potential goal for 2.8?
Current blocker: now, https://developer.blender.org/T46860 Lukas, do you have an updated patch that we can make this work and applied to 2.8 trunk sooner rather than later? In addition to the above, Cycles completely ignores colourspace transforms on non EXR formats. Wider gamut support would include: * Support for wide gamut rendering for targets such as HDR10, Dolby Vision, native Apple P3 gamuts. * Native realtime wide gamut work within Eevee. * Alternate rendering aesthetic driven outputs as a byproduct of the basis rendering primaries.
