1) Blender 2.79 release - We let the mailing list discuss if there's need for a third RC. - Release notes in progress: https://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Dev:Ref/Release_Notes/2.79 2) GSoC wrap - In two days is the hard deadline for students, August 29th 1600 UTC. - Final reports will be linked here: https://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Dev:Ref/GoogleSummerOfCode/2017 That's it! Tomorrow will be the usual 2.8 meeting, with probably more news. Maybe it's time to do the 2.8 meeting on Sundays again?
