Hi Clement

I'm unable to repeat that with the latest 2.8 build and factory Blender 
settings on a PC.

A test animating the RGB value of either the Principled or Diffuse shader nodes 
shows the value changing in the node graph on playback but nothing happens in 
the viewport. It only updates when you manually adjust the property yourself.

Hi Adam,

Animation of shader nodegraph parameters already work in realtime for most
of the parameters. The only exception I can think of is the normal map node
and the mapping node and nodegroups inputs.
For the later, you can plug another node into it.
