It would seem that the simply brush was forgotten in 2.8. Very understandable, as I did not even know it existed until doing sculpt mode testing today and found it in the manual. It has no photo or menu place but you can get it by selecting mune brush simply. Guess the more I think about it the more this is a bug. Sleepy, have fun with it. Anyway, I posted it here. Sorry.
