Today Blender's source code was reformatted using clang-format,
this means all committers who work on C/C++/GLSL need to have
clang-format installed and integrated with their development
environment.

Most popular editors/IDE's can configure this to format on save
so it shouldn't add overhead to your workflow once it's setup.
