If you're a developer working for the Blender Foundation, please pick a chapter or two and start updating it. Aim to spend up to about a week on it in the coming weeks, getting the most important stuff done so chapters are at least not outdated and document the new features. For other developers, feel free to help out as well if you want to take responsibility for a (sub)chapter. For smaller contributions, it's best to way until a first pass over the chapters has been done, to avoid editing conflicts.
