Hi, I want to point those to whom it may concern a proposal and discussion I made talking about our translation workflow. This workflow would affect both the Blender UI translation and the User Manual.
The gist of the proposal is to use a new online localization platform. It would be helpful to get feedback from translators and other developers on this platform.
