[Bf-committers] Hardware list to help the triaging team

Hi,

To help the triaging team find people to confirm bug reports with 
certain hardware, we maintain a list of hardware in use by active 
Blender developers again.

This can also be useful when developers need help testing new code on a 
certain configuration.
