Early on I had CI Host as my Web provider. I couldn't get past the first month. Everything went wrong, and I couldn't contact tech support (once I was on hold for at least 45 minutes, only to get hung up on). I was able to get my money back (minus the setup fee), but the whole thing was a ridiculously bad experience from both a technical and a customer service standpoint. Anyway, when Aldie mentioned awhile back he was going with CI Host, I was very wary. My bad experience was in the late 1990's, and they've been sending me "please come back to us, we are much better now" emails; so, I didn't voice my opinion (not that it would have mattered). I'm assuming they still aren't particulary reliable. Bottom line: I can now say I don't recommend CI Host for any of your Web hosting needs.
