I tried using Thurn & Taxis as a gateway for my gf... it went very bad and if it weren't for Carcassonne I'd never gotten her to play another game again... So my advise would be Hunters & Gatherers and, if there is a will for it, maybe a session of settlers.. :) I don't really see the need the others do to play something they already have played. Especially not since it seemed that they have wished to play other games of yours. Let the new games commence! =) Happy New Year!
