Yeah, but Verkisto was pointing out that once you're actually on the maintenance page, hitting F5 (which reloads the current page) will explicitly be requesting a reload of the maintenance.htm page, instead of requesting to reload the bookmark you originally clicked on (in your case, the gamemgr.php). So hitting F5 on the maintenance page would continue to load the maintenance page, even after BGG comes back up. The only exception to this would be if derk or aldie re-deploy the maintenance.htm page to forward to the main page once they bring the server back up.
