Condottiere, or perhaps Race for the Galaxy. I left both at my sister's house; RftG so that she and her husband can get their heads around it (without me and other, more experienced players tromping on them), and Condottiere because it wouldn't fit in my bag to come home. Condottiere has been waiting for some players since I found it in a discount pile at a shop that was dumping games from its line (and focussing on footy memorabila and beer/car rubbish. what?).
