Dear BM members, Look at two genuine calls/observations made by Mayank: 1) Let's go to field (and then decide agenda) 2) Put 'Hope' and 'Awareness' before education.
These calls should be put to use so that we arrive at an agenda which is practical and achievable with whatever financial wherewithal we may have at our disposal as we grow as an organization. It is very much true that 'lack of awareness' among most of literates like us, is the basic driver of 'lack of social engagement' in India today. Best Regards. What people require are :- 1) Hope 2) Change can come 3) Priority of nation over personal affairs. There are only 0.07% people who travel back to their home town to vote.These all are literate. Every political party is having a " motto " and a "manifesto ". . .almost all claim of "development of India " or " transformation of India into heaven ". . . no political party is ever form with a motto of " killing its own country". . . All I can see in every individual is " unless and untill I am ruler I will be a part of this mission after then I will resign". . . There is no culter in India for " demotion and working". . . . .why cant a president be a normal member again. . . .why he ran or quit. . .?? All I am requesting is " dont make posts ". . . " copy rules from any party ". . . just start working. . . .all parties have done enough paper work. . .lets go in field. . . . By the time I become eligible to be a candidate I want BM to be stable enough to give me " fredom to work " . . ." equality ". . . and least but important " finance ". . . I also requsted akalpita jee to involve " Hope " and "awareness " in our agenda before education. .. . .cze if people see hope and are becoming aware. . . education will flow automatically. So, at the core of all our maladies , glare the darkness of IGNORANCE - which is responsible for the vices of dishonesty, disunity, selfishness, lack of accountability, laziness , madness for money, short sightedness etc. Hence, I sincerely believe , our Mother Nation needs NOT more & more political parties , policy statements etc. THE NEED OF THE HOUR is for thousands and lakhs of torch bearers who carry the LIGHT of knowledge into the nook and corner of this country to Firstly , make the people literate and, Secondly , educate the masses on what a democracy is , and Thirdly , why HONESTY and HARDWORK and UNITY are very important for any democracy to thrive , and Fourthly , who the true / honest leaders are and how to identify these patriotic leaders. Unless we work for many decades to dispell this darkness of IGNORANCE from our masses and transform them from emotional to thinking individuals, all other efforts of 100s of groups like ours, may go in vain. The simple reason is , ignorant and emotional people can not appreciate the good intentions of patriotic groups like ours. All the problems we see in our country are only the symptoms , the root cause of all these problems is IGNORANCE. So, if we direct our efforts to attack and destroy IGNORANCE and spread KNOWLEDGE, we can see a prosperous Nation in about 30-40 years. All other efforts will be analogous to beating around the bush, which will never destroy the bush of IGNORANCE.
