Hi Akaplpita The list of issues suggested by Ramesh Modi is no doubt important, but we need to prioritize them to put out act together quickly.
In my opinion we need to draft policies about the qualification of members who will participate elections, the procedures for selecting the regional heads, how to generate revenue to keep party afloat. I think policy making is a very long process and it may take months to get ready. So I suggest we start with the most basic policies required for us to start today. Then comes the Strategies and planning. We should form groups for certain tasks and need to share responsibilities. E.g. Group1 - Draft policies in phases and release to members Group 2 - Draft Strategies and Action plans Group 3 - Multiple groups acting on various action plans We should have a scheduled online meetings(chat room) to review the progress of each group. This way we can start delegating responsibilities and expect results from each groups. I am interested in participate in writing strategies and action plans. Let me know your thoughts.
