Dear Sir/Madam, I am a student of a managment school name as INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS MANAGEMT AND TECNOLOGY-BANGALORE,KARNATAKA-560085 This college has given false commitments to the students during addmission and now they are not able to fullfill those commitments.They are not issuing course certificate as well. They have taken 4.86 lacks for the course of MBM-TECH,PGDBM and said this degree and college is AICT approved but now we came to know that it's not and they have no infrasture,no permanent faculty for these courses. I want to file a suit against them ,so that they can cheat other students in future. Please guide me ..looking for your positive guidence.
