Respected Yogi Jee, I was working on the same proposal for drafting committees.And most of the committees in old BM were fine.So I had kept most of them here too!
Committees are 1) Drafting Committee // Finance 2) Policy Committee 3) Constitution Committee 4) Propagation / Information Committee 5) Records // Magzine Committee *6) Management *Committee 7) Information Committee *8) Character *Committee 9) Website Committee 10) Research Committee 11) Media Committee 12) Regulation Committee Most of the committees are understood by names of them. . . *Few common things in all committees should be :-* a) President should be accounted and updated for every move ( though he/she may get annoyed but its a duty ) b) Copy of finance should be sent to finance from time to time c) President should be a common member of all committee d) Every committee should divide its members into *Vicharak* ( Thinkers ) and *Karak* ( Working) * Vicharak ( Thinkers )* * Above 75 Age* people will *not be allowed to work* in field. They will be requested to think and be in various committee. * Karak (Working)* People who are *15 to 75* in age and are *interested to work*. This distribution will keep us away from doubt of "active members" and *"value of suggestion"* can be differentiated. *Character Committee will approve the charter of the individual.* After what has happened between Akalpita Jee and Rahul from Gwalior.I think there is a need of this committee which can keep an eye on the level of language and method of communications. *We also need to involve parliamentary dictionary/language so that we all become expert in that togather.* *Hence I request president to get a copy of " parliamentory language from LS or RS or from EC.* Management Committee will be something that will be called from outside and not related to BUM.It will see all our records and give us *Suggestions*.This is to keep up the *freshness of the observation* *Regulation Committee will see how to rotate people from committee to committee and time to time.* Wesbite team will work ony when a mail from president is recieved for any update/change.Forum and chat are place for members they can discuss and express their feelings *under parliamentary language only*. I am not writing members name.I am leaving that part to current team of executive office. Please suggest name for above mentioned committees.. . . I hope Yogi jee and others will agree.
