Dear All Our organization is growing at a fast pace. But that means we need more people to run operations. Due to extreme work pressure with current members it may be possible that we are not able to address concerns of every individual. We are aware of that and wish to avoid any circumstances where any one feels ignored in this group. We need someone with good experience in HR who can handle such concerns and pass it to appropriate core team members.
HR - Head The criteria s as below (Please read as mere guidelines, it's not a strict criteria). Anyone who is good and matured enough in maintaining human relationships is welcome. #1 HR experience with 6-10 years of experience. #2 High patience to listen to others #3 Ability to understand concerns of members and address them effectively #4 Readiness to understand roles and activities of various core groups #5 Extremely good understanding and communication skills of English(English is being used as primary language in this forum) #6 Should be able to spare at least 5 hours every week, spread across the week. #7 Should be able to write daily at least 15-20 mails and forum posts related to HR issues Regards Yogi
