We agree that It is essential to achieve the status of a professionally
managed organization and start working like a target oriented machines to help
our long term target of spreading awareness about Bharat uday Mission and
awaken the youth.
Post confirmation from election commission , Since time was very short and we
had to go ahead with lot of electoral processes we have divided our goals in
two parts. Before defining the goals the common conception was to make goals as
simple as and as achievable as possible.

b. Long term goal
SHORT TERM GOALS:-
To make our mark in the 2009 election with best possible candidates
.Have an long term impact. Gain the experience of managing further elections
for best results.
To achieve the above we started with analysing the election schedule , our
presence and stretagy of weighing ourselves against the contenders .Based on
the analysis plan of action was formulated to focus on specifc areas . We
started contacting and short listing candidates willing to contest election
under Bharat Uday Mission banner. This was a complicated process as our party
had yet to form a back office for handling so many calls , mails and media
requests. Post launch we have seen many other young parties coming along with
similar motives. We were contacted by such like minded parties to form an
alliance for contesting 2009 elections in Mumbai else these parties would have
negated each other's votes. After three rounds of meeting with Jago , Humanist
party and BRSP we have formed the common agenda (which was not a tough job as
all belong to the same background) attached in the mail. The final candidate
list is yet to be declared in a joint press conference.
Since third phase election nominations are still not started we request you to
send us the names of committed candidates who would be willing to contest the
election for the third phase.
LONG TERM GOALS:-
Long term goal is to establish Bharat Uday Mission as a firm political party
which is committed to uproot all the political and social evils thru the power
of youth and conventional wisdom. We have basic organizational structure
published in the website whereas the core group and process of forming various
managing committees is in progress. We have also started with forming the state
level groups who will be coordinating within districts and send a monthly
report to national executive. These groups are given a task of creating
self-help groups thru our NGO arm BHUMI to directly start the action in
respective areas. This will boost the support at local levels and we can also
develop the trust and confidence among the people at grass root level. This
will be a backward-forward integration program where our organization will
coordinate with various public and private sector agencies to provide
employment options to our self-help groups. The details of this program will be
discussed in a separate forum.
Having above goals in mind we need people who are committed to make the
change and have determination to come out on streets. This freedom struggle
will be professionally managed and monitored to show our ability to perform and
execute the programs defined for long and short term periods.
To showcase party's key differentiator i.e. "Out Of The Box Technology
Solutions for socio-political reforms" we have designed a employment generation
program that will Launch a Bharat Uday Mission Branded kiosks to provide one
stop information solutions to the villagers. This will also be achieved by
optimized use of various govt. schemes that normally go futile. We have a blue
print of plan that will form system owners from various BM chapters in the
country . These chapters will buy , support and manage respective low cost
social technology systems. We are evaluating open source CRM solution that will
be available online and help to manage the progress area wise.
The above are just high level indication of our plans to chage the society .
We will discus each in details in specific forums once our respective
committees are formed.
Hence dear brothers and sisters we request you to send your profiles
highlighting your strength in public dealings or executing programs that
involves consistent management of complex activities with result oriented
approach. Let us converge our professional and personal goals , We believe a
handful of young , honest and skilled program managers will deliver to the
country what has so far been projected as a impossible task to exploit our
fellow countrymen.

of the above activities.
