Execution of the Plan The training shall be divided into 4 modules as follows
1st Module (One Month) i. Intro to Printing Process (Theory) ii. Role of Printing Unit in today's world (Theory) iii. Type of Machinery used in printing. (Tradle Machines, Rota, offset Machines, Cutting & Stitching Machines, Heating process, Computer, Printer etc. (Theory) iv. Materials used in printing. (Paper, Inks, Plates, Chemicals etc.) v. Learning the measurement of various job sizes, paper and printing quality, ink combination, type of binding etc. On completion of 1st Module i. The trainee shall have knowledge about the printing unit/printing process. ii. Machinery used in printing units. iii. Materials used in printing units. iv. The trainee shall be able to recognize the various qualities of the paper and the printing. v. The trainee shall be able to calculate the materials needed to print the job. 2nd Module (Three Months) i. Using various types of machines. The trainee shall be working on all kind of machines practically. This module is has its importance as it will make them ALL ROUNDER. On completion of 2nd Module i. The trainee shall have working knowledge of all the machines being used in printing unit. 3rd Module (Four Months) Trainee will choose his / her line of expertise out of the following i. Printing / Machine Operating. ii. DTP / Compute Operating. iii. Screen Printing iv. Binding In this Module the trainee shall get in-depth training in the field of his / her interest. In the end of the module the trainee shall visit other printing units to know the working of different kind of machines / materials / environment. (I WILL TRY TO TIE-UP WITH SOME EXISTING PRINTING UNITS TO ABSORB / APPOINT / OFFER JOB TO OUR TRAINESS WHEN THEY VISIT THEIR UNITS FOR TRAINING ON THE MACHINES THEY ARE USING) 4th Module (Marketing / Customer Handling) (Four Months) In the final module all the trainees shall be taught the marketing process involved in printing units. They will be provided enough time to interact with the customers visiting the printing unit for their requirements. In this module the trainee will be on test to prove his / her skills. They will take the print orders will calculate the best reasonable rates for the orders. THIS IS NECESSARY FOR THE TRAINEES WHO ARE INTERESTED IN STARTING THEIR OWN BUSINESS. JOB GUARANTEE After successful completion of the training the trainees will be awarded with ONE YEAR TECHNICAL TRAINING CERTIFICATE IN PRINTING BY BHARAT UDAY MISSION with One Year Experience Certificate (on my behalf) to enable them get the suitable jobs. If the job exists in the same training premises, the candidate will be absorbed automatically and their salary will be fixed according to their performance and market. If the vacancy is not available they will be referred to other printing units (preferably to those where they undergone training in third module). NOTE SCREEN PRINTERS , BINDERS AND MACHINE OPERATORS ARE ALWAYS IN HEAVY DEMAND. PRINTING UNITS EVEN ENGANGED UNSKILLED PEOPLE AND APPOINT THEM AS A HELPER AND AFTER TRAINING OF 5-6 MONTHS THEY HIRE THEM. FOR SCREEN PRINTERS / BINDERS IF THE TRAINEE INTERESTED TO START HIS OWN BUSINESS, IT REQUIRES FEW AMOUNT TO START A SCREEN PRINTING BUSINESS. IN LESS THAN RS. 5000/- ANYONE CAN START SCREEN PRINTING BUSINESS. IF HE IS PUNCTUAL AND READY TO GIVE QUALITY JOB PRINTING, HE CAN EARN A GOOD INCOME. SAME CASE IS WITH BINDING. THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS INVESTMENT. IN BINDING A PERSON HAS TO INVEST AROUND RS. 50,000/- TO GET STARTED WITH BUSINESS. HERE AGAIN THE PUNCTUALITY AND QUALITY MATTERS TO RISE IN BUSINESS. THERE IS A HUGE DEMAND OF BINDING HOUSES WHO CAN COLLECT THE PRINTED JOBS FROM PRINTING UNITS AND BIND THEM ACCORDING TO THEIR SPECIFICATIONS AND RETURN TO THEM PUNCTUALLY. FEE STRUCTURE The fee for the above certification shall be Rs. 1500/- p.m SHIFT TIMINGS There will be two shifts. Four Trainees in each shift. The morning shift timings are 9 am to 1 pm. The evening shift timings are 3 pm to 7 pm. OUTSTATIONS TRAINEES Any outside trainee can be entertained if he can manage accommodation on his / her own. We will help them getting accommodation etc. One room rent in my area is approx. 2000/- Tiffin service is available for Rs. 25/- to Rs. 35 per meal. SALARY IN JOB After completion, the trainees will get Rs. 3 K to 4 K depending on individual's performance, knowledge and ability to handle customers. Within a year, they can reach 5k or more. BUSINESS In screen / binding house business, there is no limit of earnings. Its all depend on the person how much he can earn. He can earn anything between 10K to 20K.
