I am a resident of Hyderbad, and today we are not even gettign enough drinking water on a daily basis.(inspite of staying in a posh locality, one can imagine what must be the state of affairs in other areas of the city) Is this what the Congress Govt terms as Empowerment. ........? ???? But may i Ask Whose Empowerment , except for their own ?? How much more generations of youth need to pass out from the country, befor India becomes a developed country ?
