Hello...... Now the days it is in the air that new blood, young people and energetic youth is taking charge of India, as we have seen in new MPs and ministers. But Its not like that. They have only children of old leaders. They don't have even a single young minister who is not blonging to the elete class. This not change bcoz change always flow horizontally not vertically.....
