Statutory power in the exercise of which Railway Ministry introduced
this scheme.
Name
of the Committee or name of the person/persons who introduced or
proposed this scheme. In which year it was conceived.
Name
of the Experts who were consulted on this scheme. What are the
apprehensions/objections raised by these experts on these two
proposals and how the Railway ministry met with those
apprehensions/objections
What
is the chief objective of conceiving. What other alternative options
explored to attain the objectives set out in the project/scheme.
Name
of the Experts whose names forms part of the Govt.record.
Is
it obligatory for the Ministry to obtain opinions/objections from
the Public for the above scheme. If yes, whether any of
opinions/objections sought.
Whether
Legal opinion has obtained from Law & Juduciary Dept or any othe
relevant Dept before introducing this scheme.
How
many percentage of seats are reserved for tatkal Quota.

The railways are looting the public.On one side hundreds of seats are
reserved for the tatkal quota for extra money and on the other side the normal
man gets waiting on the normal reservation. These tatkal seats have to be taken
from the start to end station even if one has to go a short distance.Why? Is a
monopoly for looting?In such case any entity can profit, what did lalu do for
which he was given awards.This is simply dacoity badmasi.For going from
ahmedabad to mumbai for Rs.132 - karnavati fare, I dont get it easily as
atlesat 40% seats are now reserved for the tatkal quota and in that too ther is
waiting -I have to pay atleast 150 more and I get the ticket why? when there
sare empty seats why do I have to pay more? when its tatkal then what is this
waiting in a tatkal scheme? All schemes are to loot the people, can anybody do
somethng for this? any passenger forum,board? forget the bloody ministers.they
dont have to travel with their own
money only with our money they travel, anyone out there dare to stop
