Friends, I have joined IIM Lucknow for a course called Fellow Program in Management (FPM) in the subject of Human Resource Management, having taken leave from the government for 2 years. Hence I shall be in IIM campus for at least the next 2 years. FPM course is a 4 year doctoral course in management of which the first 2 years are with the PGP students while the next 2 years are for the thesis work. Hence, if able to compete the course successfully, Amitabh Thakur will possibly become Dr AT. Again, at least for 2 years, I am away from the policing work in Uttar Pradesh.
