In honour of Sri
Manjunath S
He was a young boy,
Full of vigour, full of charm,
He had his own ways,
never thought of doing any harms.
He was the brilliant light,
that shone in his father’s house,
he was the one for whom,
the mother had pinned her hopes.
The only fault this boy had,
was not to learn the lessons of life,
to try treading his own path,
dangers spread all along.
It was in the foothills of Himalayas,
not far away from Buddha’s Kapilvastu,
that Manju got this own Nirvana,
through the bullets drilled in his heart.
Abiding to rules was his mistake,
one that was not to be forgiven,
thus ended a life so soon,
to leave the light forever.
In honour of Sri Satyendra Dubey
The land of Buddha and Mahavir,
Bihar also bore this able son,
his mother’s sweetheart and father’s pride,
who proved his mettle all along.
>From IIT Kanpur to IT BHU,
and from there to National Highway,
to be a part of Nation building,
through the ambitious project of Golden triangle.
Did not learn how to compromise,
did not understand the rules of games,
was proving to be a pain in the neck,
needed to be sorted out then and there.
His constant vigil and regular efforts,
were generating too much heat to withstand,
and led to a foolproof plan,
which was to silence him in vain.
The conspirators were successful,
and thus Satyendra was no more,
Truth always prevails he used to say,
And still goes on saying to one and all.
Note- I would also request my friends to kindly go through
www.petitiononline.com/manju/petition.html. We have initiated this
petition for due recognition to Sri Satyendra and another hero Sri Manjunath S.
