Dear sir(s),
I have come in touch with some people who are promoting the use
of RTI Act through their website www.rtination.com . As you might be knowing
that there were rampant malpractices in my college, NIT Silchar, i would like
whether it is the right time for me to file an RTI application to expose the
guilty or are there still more inquiries to be done on your part ? Kindly do
let me know whether the time is ripe or not as i intent to file an RTI
application with your consent.
