Hi Sudhir, Dr Subramanian Swamy has way of staying in the news. He made news some years back and, although I do not remember the specifics, I do remember of him as a a publicity-seeker and a good-for-nothing politician who changes sides faster than you can say "change". Dr Swamy does not inspire confidence. Ofcourse, this is not to say that Rahul Gandhi is bathed in milk, but to rely on Subramanian Swamy's remark is a case of misplaced trust.
