I wrote to JSTOR and reported the author {}'ing, but got no  
response.  They also usually {} the whole title, which annoys me  
since it screws up the capitalization efforts of the styles (proper  
nouns and acronym should be separately {}'d).

Not that others shouldn't try to get them to fix their output :)
