This warning happens for long strings with newlines and certain bibtex- 
special characters (such as "="). This is a warning from the bibtex  
parser, to tell you that it thinks the data may have a missing brace  
to indicate the end of a field. The particular case for a Bdsk-File-*  
field is harmless, though in other situations this warning could point  
to a real problem. For Bdsk-File-* fields this won't happen anymore  
with the next release, as we won't save them with newlines anymore.  
You can download a nightly build, the last one should be good.

You can hide the warnings in the error panel, just check the button at  
the bottom.
